my name is Tom I am a High school Social Studies teacher. Before that, I was a farmer and worked in politics. I have two sons, one is 30 is an engineer and the other is 29 he is a cheesemaker.

I never thought I would be a High School teacher but I think I bring something different to the table; I try to teach practical knowledge. All history is local. I also teach American Government and try to get the kids involved as much as I can, I coach Mock Trial as well.

I am the youngest of six, and my family is spread out around the country and some a little bit around the world. We do stay in touch through technology and stay close.
I am well rounded have a great interest in the Arts, Current Events, and Education I think we would have a lot to talk about. I hope to hear back from you.
